Lake Forest believes that children are an integral and important part of the church family. We work hard to allow our children to be active participants in our worship service and in our community life. We offer Sunday School classes for kids ages four and up each week, and kids three and up are invited to attend our Wednesday Night Program where our children learn about God’s love and also participate in the Children’s Choir. As our kids grow and enter the first grade, we invite them to our Welcome to Worship class where they learn about the worship service. At the end, they are invited to be active members of “big church.” As they become teenagers, our youth will participate in Confirmation Class. Here, they will learn more about the Presbyterian Church (USA) and what it means to be a baptized child of God.
